To Think Is To Create

As Socrates philosophized, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” Reflecting on your past, you can understand that you emotionally decided how to handle a situation most likely from your childhood. The triune brain on your shoulders has evolved from a single cell into the most complex processing machine on the planet. Yet, evolved to get there so our reptilian brain scours your environment for negative inputs to keep us safe from predators to decide if we fight, flight, or freeze to survive. If you are able to emotionally control   we can or anxieties of the future only hold power if you let them influence your thoughts now.
